Privacy Policy

Through the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address or messenger handle, the service you picked and your description of the task.

Stored with it are the technical details: the language of the page it was sent from, and the date and time.

We do not collect identity documents, bank details, location or other sensitive categories of personal data. There are no fields for them on the site.

The data is used only to answer your enquiry, discuss the task and prepare a proposal on timing and price.

We do not send marketing without separate consent and we do not pass your contacts to third parties for marketing.

Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union (europe-west8). The database rules permit creation only: an enquiry cannot be read, changed or deleted from a browser.

A notification about a new enquiry goes to a closed Telegram chat through a private bot. The bot posts nothing to any group or channel.

Mail sent to hello@stretto.dev is forwarded through Cloudflare to the team's mailbox.

An enquiry is kept while the project is being discussed and worked on, and for as long as you remain our client.

Inactive enquiries are deleted 24 months after the last conversation. Sooner than that, they are deleted on your written request.

We do not sell data and we do not publish it. It leaves our systems only to the infrastructure providers the site cannot run without:

Google LLC — storage of enquiries (Firebase, Google Cloud) and visit statistics (Google Analytics 4).

Telegram Messenger Inc. — delivery of the enquiry notification to a closed chat.

Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS records and mail forwarding.

Yandex — visit statistics (Yandex Metrica).

Each of these companies has its own data policy.

You may ask what data of yours we hold, require it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

To do so, write to hello@stretto.dev with the subject «Personal data request». We answer within 30 calendar days.

The site sets almost no cookies of its own: browser storage holds only the colour theme you chose, so it survives your next visit.

Two visit counters are installed: Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica. They collect anonymous statistics — which pages are opened, from what devices and where visitors come from — and record the enquiry form submission as an event.

Yandex Metrica runs with Webvisor: it records behaviour on the page, including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and typing into form fields. It is there so we can see where people get stuck. Only we watch the recordings.

There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing and no profiling on the site. Statistics can be switched off in your browser settings by refusing cookies, or with a blocker extension.

The connection to the site is encrypted; the site works over HTTPS only.

Access to the enquiry database is closed by security rules: from a browser, an enquiry can only be created. Enquiries are read by the people who handle them.

We may update this policy. The current version always lives on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
